"All in one and the feel is hydrating without greasy. It works well with every tint and foundation I’ve tried. No pilling! I own at least 20 plus primers and this is #1. I would tell you if this sucked! I’m not paid nor sponsored in any way. I buy my own products. The exfoliating pads are also great and I have super dry and sensitive skin. Everything gives me redness and rashes it seems. But not these pads (used 3 times a week) nor the primer used daily. I’m very happy!"
